Bustin’ Nuts. Black walnut tress are pretty common in Iowa City so it seemed like a thing to do. I’m not sure if the 1.5 quarts were worth all of the work, but free is nice.

The labels I made definitely exaggerate the heat level but I really loved the movie reference.

I used homegrown ghost peppers, fermented them for 3 months with other goodies, then blended and strained them. I’m really happy with how fermenting
